High Ticket Affiliate System reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Service — including access granted to Students, Partners, and Founding Members — at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the integrity or intended use of our platform.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, including access to your account, training materials, community spaces, and any associated tools or content.

Termination applies equally to Students, Partners, and Founding Members, regardless of membership level or package purchased.

Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall remain in full force and effect after termination.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or limit the High Ticket Affiliate System’s right to pursue appropriate legal or equitable remedies.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

High Ticket Affiliate System is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time by sending a request to support@highticketaffiliatesystem.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will terminate immediately.
• You will retain access only to the core training included in your purchased package. Any bonuses, limited-time offers, or promotional materials will no longer be accessible.
• You may create a new account after a 6-month waiting period, subject to standard account creation terms.

By participating in the High Ticket Affiliate System, you agree that disputes should be addressed in good faith and resolved through direct communication with our support team before any formal action.

Filing a dispute without prior communication may result in suspension of your account or withholding of commissions until resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where the High Ticket Affiliate System is registered.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If revisions are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days’ notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
